Absolutely yes, we recommend first acquainting yourself with JYROBALL indoors. Start by holding on to something, put one foot on the foot plate and then stepping onto the second foot plate. Then with subtle movements, gently tilt your weight forward to advance at a slow pace. Keep your legs slightly bent and lean into the direction you want to turn. You will very quickly master and become confident and proficient on JYROBALL within 10-15 minutes if not less.
JYROBALLs uses a custom OS for an enhanced ride experience. No apps or Bluetooth connection are needed to use JYROBALL. Simply turn it on and take off!
Whether you can ride JYROBALL on the road will depend on your local laws and this is an evolving legislative area internationally. A licence or registration is not generally required. We advise you check your local laws before taking to the roads. In some European countries JYROBALL will be permissible to use on the footpath and bike lanes as it is categorised as ‘Slow Traffic’, similar to e-scooters.
